i buy dirty versions and manually go in and "reverse" the bad words in a program like ableton or cool edit and make my own clean versions if i really need to for some reason lke radio play.
trying to cut them out on the fly hasnt worked out too well for me, as some times im too busy or just plain miss them.

most clean versions are hell of annoying due to bleeps, cut outs or stupid lyric changes. theres awesome ones though.
vybz kartel changed his track bicycle to an actual track about bicycles for the radio version which was hilarious imo.
