Help!!!! firmware 1.4 upgrade not working

Yaaaa Blooody Hooo!!! Did it !!!

I can't believe how simple that was, what a tit ( me that is )

I went into the start button - navigated to the program - bing bang bong, done, first time. All that fafing around last night as well, I can't believe it.

I suppose my only excuse is that I haven't used a pc for over ten years, hense the digging through the hard drive looking for the program. I'm wondering how many other mac users have done the same thing, it seemed the only logical way to find the program to me. I had forgotten what the start button was lol.

BTW I used the serial to usb and it worked a treat.

No doubt I'll find something else wrong now tho. Did I read somewhere that it's difficult to get the VCI going after the firmware upgrade if you have arcade buttons ?
