Xone: DB4 | Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus
DJTT FAQ | Read my guide to AUDIO CABLES
am i the only one thats stoked on this?
seems alright for what youre getting and for the price its a steal (although it would have been more of steal @ £200....)
think it'll work we'll for some like me, using a denon sc2000 and this mixer at home, perfect 'practise' gear for gigs etc
If it's less than $300 id say its an alright deal. I'm not a huge fan of pioneer mixers, but that being said the xone 22 didn't really impress me either.
Looks solid for a beginner though! Once they are out for a while and you can get them second hand, it would be a steal!
hey JesC, i'm trying to convince my wife that the kids would use a dj set up if i got them one.
were you cracking a joke about this mixer only being for our kids or do you really have dj equip for your daughter?
i'd like to get a couple cheap cdjs or turntables and a mixer for my kids. would probably go for cdj's cause i don't want them using software to start - if i got tt's, they'd need control vinyl or they'd be scratching on my records (not gonna happen)
LOL poor records , it will be broken !
I think that great mixer but we haven't Send/Return for external effect , but Pioneer has make good progress for the connection . a good choice for beginner
i likes. 3 band eq and filters is plenty adequate for an entry level mixer
i think i prefer the smaller allen and heath two channel mixer
If this sells for $300 in a few months I will probably pick it up. If I really want to use effects then I will use traktor and buy a cheap midi controller. It would probably still end up being cheaper than buy a djm-800. Those things are ridiculously high.
