    Default Numark Mixmeister Control

Anyone know where I could pick up this product new/used? Can't seem to find anything on the internet. Looks like a great controller for full traktor fx control. Also please share any thoughts/ experiences with it.

    Thanks

You know, I told myself I was going to get one of these...
I've completely forgotten about it. Tell me how it is when you get it!

Well I'll definately consider it. Something like this plus an x-session could be a powerful traktor set up for a beginner like me, then again it's not the most productive way to drop 200+ bucks...

how do you plan on mapping it out and everything? just asking out of curiosity

personally I think for effects another controller would be better since the buttons you might use to turn on the effects are far from the knobs it might be a little inconvenient since you wont be able to turn on an effect, manipulate it and then turn it off right away

Good point. It was really sort of an impulse thought but I was thinking of each row designated for low mid and high being mapped to each fx unit and I never really thought of the convenience of where the buttons are. I probably won't even get this setup now that I've slept on it, it was just something I was toying with.

Man, I'd get one of these now, but an APC40 + the MMC is a pretty big setup. Xone's K2 is more suitable for me. :P

Yea try looking into something else
For effects a lot of people use the X1 or a midifighter
