Ah, no I did not! I simply noticed that the price in the upper corner was higher than it was as a package deal. I should take a second look at this.

Oh, one thing that would rock would be if they had a map showing the knobs and faders on each controller so you know what and how many to order. I know you can do that by selecting the package deal, but a visual mapping would be cool and helpful, too. It would definitely help me pick which knobs I want where!

Good shout, like when customising your midi fighter, would be nice to see what your controller would look like before ordering them

Exactly this! It would be a really cool feature to help visualize what sort of personal flares we'd like to put into it.

Check the price of replacement pioneer knobs as comparison

    That's per knob!!!!
comparing DJTT prices to HTFR prices is silly - HTFR are probably the sketchiest music-related company there is (prices aren't great either):

you think injection moulded plastics are expensive to manufacture? plastic is pretty cheap when produced in bulk:

but fair play to DJTT - seems I'm in the minority on this one!

The video makes it look like these are d-shaft type knobs, can an employee confirm?

    Stanton SA8

Have disagree with you there dude. I've been a HTFR customer for over 10 years and I've had nothing but exemplary service from them. In fact I'm driving down to the store on Saturday to return some faulty speakers that are one month out of their warranty!! Price wise I've always found them pretty competitive as well.

As for the new knobs and faders I absolutely love them. I will be ordering a set of blue and a set of white for my S4. Also wish I'd never sold my X1 cos that one on the main blog with yellow knobs is sexy as f^*k!!

    I'm glad for you

but check those links to see the kind of sheisters that HTFR are... properly dodgy company... illegally pressing up their own white labels from unreleased dubplates? that's a no-no imo.

still don't believe me? simply do a search for "HTFR" on google and see the first 20 or so results:

I think releasing their exact specs (i.e.: Shaft type and size) would benefit everyone greatly. :U
