bcd3000 mic knobs

I've got my controller all mapped out now, but I don't use a microphone, so I have 3 knobs that I don't use. I've tried to map these with virtual DJ 7, but I can't seem to get the program to recognize them. Has anyone else tried to map these?

They don't send out any midi unfortunately, like the Master and Headphone volume knobs.

Damn, that's too bad. So unless I use a mic, those knobs are useless? Maybe I can mod my controller, loose the knobs and add some buttons.

yup, those controls live in the analogue domain.

I like the idea to lose that mic knobs and put some buttons instead on my bcd3000. Can you give me some more info how to make it happen?

why do you want to replace these knobs with buttons? they are completely analogue and wont sent out midi magically..
