Argh !!! Of course, it was to happen, i bought the scratch pro 2 upgrade two days ago....

If you already have Traktor 2 installed just enter in the serial number they send you for the upgrade in Service center and it will magically turn your installed Traktor to whatever it is you upgraded to. You may still need to do any updates and this doesn't apply for Traktor 1.

i've recived the serial and downlaod links, but when click on it the the link redirects to the NI homepage.
This is happening in the email recived from NI and on the user area on their website.

What are you upgrading from and to? If yo've already got a Traktor 2 installed on your computer enter the serial number in service center.

i've bought TSP DUO 1 and the the upgrade to PRO 1.
i had the demo before, but deleted it.

and if i download the demo from NI website and enter the TSP2 PRO serial i recived?

Yes, just install the demo and enter the serial number and it will turn into whatever the serial is for. If your upgrade is from Duo you'll need to enter that serial first the hit upgrade in service center to enter the pro serial number.
