my bpms won't show in my track list after tracks are analyzed... am i just an idiot or is there something not happening that is suppose to

Are you looking at the track collection or browsing a folder? is the BPM column showing?

Same problem here. And also the star ratings on each song in the list won't save.

Again, are you using the track collection or iTunes node?

What I like to do is: play a song and rate them 1-5 stars in the middle of the song or the song still loaded and playing. But when I switched to another folders/list/playlist, and go back to folder, the star ratings there just disappear.

Traktor saves star ratings in its own special field that's only visible in the track collection.
