    Default Upgrading to Scratch Pro

    My updated license (From Pro to Scratch Pro) which I can see in service center won't update/activate..
    Anybody else had that problem?
    Still waiting for the NI response...

    this is the problem with DRM it only troubles people that actually purchase software!!!!!

    Most likely that Service Centre is being a dick.
    This is a common issue and the fix is simple.

    Goto the free updates page at NI and download and install the latest Service Centre. Ignore the fact that you already probably have it cus a manual installation fixes 99% of Activation/Service Centre issues.

    Ive given this advice a million times.

    Let me know if it works or not.

    I got an email from NI and they advised that you have to contact them when you purchase tractor scratch pro... (please note i have tractor scratch duo ) this is the email that i received

    To get Traktor Scratch Pro 2 you must purchase the update for $79 on our website
    and reply to us when you receive the new serial. We must adjust the serial to
    work. Unfortunately this is due to a system error so we must manually fix the
    serial number after you purchase it.

    Sorry my post was random but I was venting lol. Just ironic that you would have issues when you purchase software. If he had of stole it he'd be up and running, hence the irony of drm it only effects honest users.

    This didn't work... Service center says I haven't got the right product (Pro 2) for an update to Scratch Pro 2. But I got the update, because of the license I have now... Will go for call I'm afraid...
