Pretty much been through most of these must have setups in the last few years.
Now i would just be happy with my S4,
Upgrade my 1210mk2 to M5G's
Sell the DJM800 for a Rane 62+EFX1000 + some white SSL TCV's (since they cost a fortune)
Upgrade my Rokit5's to Rokit8's and get a K10
Oh and a pair of V-Moda Crossfade LP2's (which are next on le list)

I think i'm going to revise mine also,
MBP
2 x Technics 1210 M5G
2 x CDJ2000s
1 x Kontrol X1
Allen and Heath Xone 92 Rotary
HD25-2's
EFX1000
New Korg Kaossilator 2
and then onto production...
Denon ADH1100's
Maschine
Akai MPK49
an 808 a 909 and a 303
Korg MS20
iMac
UC33e
Akai APC 40
Rokit 8's with a nice K10 sub
This is fun!
Bozak or UREI rotary mixer
Technics 1200 (anything with -/+ 8 only)
EFX-1000 (bookended in a fancy A/D/A converter)
MIDI Fighter
Serato (I wish there was some version that let you use your own soundcard)
A really nice mastering-grade EQ with a "sweetening" personality (a lot of my favorite songs were mastered very badly)
rs
Macbook Pro
2 cdj 2000s
2 technics 1210mk2
DB4
Serato (SL4) + Ableton (Bridge)
APC 40
Only a couple more upgrades till i could have this.... hmmm
That'd be cool. I'm not sure if it's actually advisable compared to just doing the EQing after the fact, but…there's nothing like overkill. It'd be fun to shoot a room with a Manley Massive Passive and an SSL XLogic G Series Compressor right before the crossovers, though.
Revision to mine:
If I decide I hate computers and just want to DJ:
2x SL-1200 M5G
2x CDJ-2000
E&S DJR-400 (with a cue/master blend control added in place of the master gain knob)
Some nice custom-molded IEMs
If I decide I hate computers and want to be able to make beats while DJing:
3x SL-1200 M5G
2x CDJ-2000
MPC-1000 or Elektron Octatrack (not sure)
A&H Xone:V6
Some nice custom-molded IEMs
If I decide I'm still okay with computers in the DJ booth:
3 SL-1200 M5G
Discrete Phono Preamps (might have to build them if people stop making them for me)
E&S DJR-400 (with only line-level inputs, plus the mods listed above)
TSP (post 2.5 with A8) or SSL (SL4) …don't really care which
MPC Studio if it has a good manual pitch control…MPC-1000 or Octatrack if it doesn't.
11" Macbook Air
Recording/Production (changes occasionally):
High end iMac 27" with an extra 27" cinema display or high end Mac Pro with 2 27" Cinema displays…depends on whether or not Avid starts releasing interesting stuff for Thunderbolt.
Pro Tools 10 HDX 2
UAD-2 Quad (Satellite) Omni 6 (depending on computer)
Apogee Symphony IO (pair of 16x16 analog cards and X-HDX card when it happens…or the thunderbolt thing depending on computer)
2 Dangerous Audio 2-Bus LT
Dangerous Audio Monitor-ST
Avid Artist Control
2 Avid Artist Mix
Moog Minitaur
Moog Minimoog Voyager RME
vintage Roland TB-303
Access Virus TI2 Desktop/Rack
Korg Radias-R
Nord Lead 3 Rack
Nord Stage 2 (as master keyboard as well)
Maschine or MPC Renaissance
Omnisphere
Pair Dynaudio Air 12
Dynaudio Air Base 12
Pair Yamaha NS-10m
Bryston 3BSST2 Pro
2 vintage Neuman U87
2 AKG C414 (matched pair)
2 Royer R-121
2 SM-57
2 Slate Pro Audio Fox
2 vintage Neve 1073
2 API channel strip
2 really nice rooms and a lot of acoustic treatments
And probably some more plugins, but I don't feel like thinking anymore. At this point, I'm basically zoning out looking at gear pictures after an all-nighter and then getting to go home "early". I'm really not asking for much. Kinda.
