USB connector broken s2

not happy camper, my s2 usb broke tonight. this should not be happening for what i pad for this. I'm really contemplating whether or not this was good idea that I should have bought a plastic toy. The usb cable is really tight pushing it in the socket and when i pulled it out it broke. who is going to fix this? DJ TECH TOOLS OR NI? &UCKING THING SHOULD'VE BEEN MADE OUT OF METAL. like my old stuff .

How long have you had it? NI will fix it for free. Or if its really new take it back to the store but that depends on the return policy. They are always tight, I guess we have to be careful when plugging it in. Its tight so vibrations and stuff dont cause it problems. Good luck getting it fixed

I agree a metal socket would have been nicer, stay smiley
