Well it's A State Of Trance, not a State of Dubstep. And people pay good money for tickets to see that. I'm guessing a lot of ppl got their buzz / high ruined haha

I still dont understand why people were so angry at this. I mean treasure fingers was playing an amazing set literally 20 ft away (thats where i was ). also she was only opening while it was pouring rain, 90 percent of the people who attended probably didn't even watch her set.

Armin actually does mix every ASOT himself. He does it using ableton though.

If you get booked to play at ASOT it pretty much means you play trance. It is one of the few large scale trance parties still happening.

I'm not surprised that she received death threats a lot of trance heads hate dubstep.

Classic example of playing the completely wrong thing to your crowd.

yea..i was at that asot. no idea why she would try to mix things up in the asot 550 tent considering there were dubstep/dnb tents right next to it. even gareth emery didnt really play dubstep and he usually drops a few songs. probably heard about what happened to fei

I liked her set, but i could deff see disappointment in the crowd and that was just from a youtube video. She should have realized.... A State Of Trance......atleast attempt to make your set trance-head worthy. But to each their own, as she is a super hot female DJ (cool ass shirt too btw). Oh and if you have a open spot in Flower Power Dub Shower (or FPDS) i'd love to play

I think most people like a bit of dubstep. Its grimey and fun, but after a little while its like listening to the audio on a S+M flick starring Optimus Prime and Megatron. But hey, haters gonna hate, if you want to avoid it, don't play death metal at a country festival.
