Midi fighter error light top left

Tried to use my midifighter today and I got a error light. The light in the top left stays on constant with no LED running lights across it. I did a search on the forum and a thread came up showing how to boot from boot mode. Tried to do this and nothing happened.

In other threads it says the PCB is busted when this happens is that the case.

Please help
