One more con for the DJM-T1: It doesn't include a full copy of Traktor pro 2 (despite being so pricey!) as far as I know. But if money is no matter this won't affect your decision anyway.

Well he was talking about getting techs as well as soon as he can afford them, so portability is out the window anyhows.

The fact that every club I've ever played in the UK still runs 1210s (ok one didn't, it had Stanton STR8 something or others ...) means you just take your audio interface, needles, CV and X1 and you're good to go.

Yeah, it's looking like the S4 is gonna be the winner. I was considering a Rane 61, but it's just too expensive in addition to everything else I want. Thanks for the help guys!

If you want the S4, I'll see ya one for $575. I'd really consider a rane 61 though. It's a much better mixer, and will allow you to have the best of both worlds (Traktor and Serato).

I'm think of it this way, S4, and Technics. Mobility of being able to take the S4 anywhere and be able to leave the technics home if you decide too
