Some of the heavy hitters in the genre right now are Baauer, Flosstradamus, and UZ. Although I am sure many of you have heard it already, Harlem Shake is a staple in the trap scene

I think trap has an identity crisis. Cause I ain't diggin' these bleepy techy tracks. too white. I need it crunk. The sounds are wack and the beats are weak. These tracks sound like pasty white dudes that can't dance made them. The hats on that UZ track sound like he moused through the 32 notes on FL Studio at random.

CRNKN definitely has some great tunes, and his dubstep stuff if is pretty good too! Flosstradamus is kind of the big name in trap, but I personaly don't like him too much. Here is my current favorite track I've stumbled across:
