How about you run the setup wizard again. Just a thought... Maybe something got messed up when you first started.

I knew there was a problem from day one, It just didnt see right.
Maybe a reinstall?

Yea I would start fresh... that's all jacked up! Or switch you're output routing to something else, then switch it back. It's almost like it's not routing correctly.

seems like an audio routing issue...your cue is coming through in the master. it's bizarre.

so yeah, try this. launch preferences, click the setup wizard button down in the lower left.

plug in your controller
"yes" you're using an external controller - next
choose pioneer DDJ-T1 - next
"no" external mixer - next
choose the setup you want in that dropdown (looks like 2 track decks) - next
finish

Doesnt give me that option,
All it has is press Finish and thats it

Ahh, must be because it's the Pioneer DDJ-T1 Edition, so it's all pre-configured.

Any ideas? Im thinking of just returning this thing to Amazon monday... Cause itss been like this since the day i bought it. I could tell right off the bat something was wrong.

Here's something I found on another forum:

step 1 - uninstall traktor, remove mapping, drivers

step 2 - restart

3 - download drivers for T1 (in my case for win7) and install drivers. you can find it on pioneer website.

4 - restart

5 - install traktor 2

6 - restart

my T1 was connected all the time during instalation, i dont know, maybe is nessesary.

and that is ALL you need to do, i hope it was helpful
