Traktor Pro 2 wont recognize nanoKONTROL 2

Nano KONTROL2 worked when i first got it but when i updated the drivers and software Trakor wouldnt recognize it in any of the in/out ports. After talking with tech we determined i had reached my midi driver ports? i had 9 and we deleted one. After this nano works in Ableton fine and shows up as a option for the in/out port in Trakor but traktor still wont receive any midi signal from the nano. When trying to map learn function changes nothing and when i move any control on the nano, the control signal in trakor doesnt illuminate. Any ideas where going wrong???

I have a nanoKONTROL as well, but it's the first version. I find the controller must be plugged in when I start Traktor. If I plug in the controller after starting Traktor, or the USB connection gets interrupted while Traktor is running, I get the same behavior you described. I don't know why this happens, but the nanoKONTROL seems to work fine when already plugged in.
