Since I'm in a video making mood for the first time ever, I decided to make a quick demo of flux mode. Again, this is controlled by a CDJ-2000NXS using HID. Interestingly, the loop controls on the CDJ function as normal in flux mode, that is to say that if you set a loop on the CDJ and then exit that loop, it doesn't jump back to where it would have been. The looping in the video was done with Mix Architekt's DB4 mapping using the DB4 loop encoder. As others have said, rather than toggling a loop it has a hold function instead, so it loop rolls as long as you hold down the push encoder.

It's to prevent having jumps when you use Autogain in conjunction with a regular knob and need to make some adjustments. Autogain runs independently now.

Click on the little button next to the gain knobs in the UI and it will turn the knobs orange, displaying the current Autogain value.

Keep in mind these changes you make will remain even after loading a new track so reset your gain knob back to 0 when you load a new one (unless you have the "reset mixer controls on load" active).

Does autogain basically now just correspond to 0 on the gain knob now then?

I really like what i've experienced of 2.6 so far. Diggin the macro fx's and thinking about mapping my sync buttons to flux mode, but haven't used it yet. Noticeable cpu usage jump like stated by someone earlier, but no biggie.

Quick question to Fullenglishpint, do the CDJ's still show the same on their LCDs when both are in Browse mode when they are in Traktor Controller mode? Or do they show their indivudual browsing like when they're in normal mode?

If both are in browse mode then they both show the exact same browse screen and scroll in sync, since they're tracking the traktor browser.

It jumps to wherever, then plays until you let go of the button. It then returns to its tracked position.
