    Just as a side note, if that happens, then just turn Sync off and use pitch bend.

    pitch bend quite often isn't enough though. i assume that using TSP the pitch control is much more responsive but having shelled out for an expensive controller it's hard to justify buying an audio 8 and timecode as well!

    i had a chance to play around with a vci 300 this morning.
    its crap. faders are REALLY loose, knobs are REALLY stiff.

    guess it is a matter of taste.
    The knobs loosen up the same like they do on the 100.
    I prefer the loose faders..The pitch faders are excellent.

    I totally agree. The stiffness of the knobs can be an annoyance but the loose faders are for fast cuts and manual fade aways/ delays. crossfader and volume faders.
