I was able to map this in TP1 using 'scratch' command. Not sure if this can be mapped i latest versions since NI have deleted that command. I use backspin sample in rmx deck slot when I need it.

Hello,
That's cool but can you be more explicit please?

Sure. Load any track that seem to sound nice when backspining, press 'rec' in loop recorder, backspin it with mouse, load created sample into remix deck slot and use it as one shot when needed.

Oh that's nice but i would really want the real backspin function.. anyone can help please?

Can't you just spin your jog wheel backwards?

It's not sound the same as it should;...

Any clue about the stop/play button?

You might be able to do it with the turntableFX in single mode.

Just tried it, you can. Set one of your FX units to Turntable FX and assign your deck to that unit. Set the D/W to 100% and the 3rd parameter (B.SPD) to about 85. Press brake (BRK, which is where the FX on/off switch usually is) and it brakes like a turntable. If you press Rewind (REW, button 3) it rewinds. Adjust parameter 3 to change how fast it brakes and rewinds. There's a reset button which you could map inverted to your effect trigger button to kill the effect when you take your finger off.
Bear in mind that since it's an effect it won't actually stop or rewind the track in the deck, it just makes the same sound while letting the track play underneath (basically the same as flux mode). If you need help with the mapping I'm sure Stewe can point you in the right direction.
I'd like it if reverse were an option and start/brake speeds were adjustable, since those are 2 features which are notably lacking in HID mode with CDJ-2000s.
