so they didn't have "design flaws" they were never meant to be used in the way they were.
And these are not designed to be used the way YOU want and with your reasoning the also must not be design flaws ?

    Quick question:

I know the cmd series don't have a shipping date yet, but I was just wondering if the UK will get them at the same time as the US? Also will pricing be roughly the same? Or will $99 be just £99?

What is it that you want from Berry? A free controller ? Kudos with a published mix ? Get over yourself.

These devices were, when announced, a nice introductory step into controllerism, however a year later they still don't exist on the shelves, no date has been announced for their release and more importantly they have been surpassed by almost everyone else.

These are nothing more than simple cue point controllers, not even HID ...so they are nothing to get excited about ...they were promised to do so much more (I refer to the conversation I had with them face to face last year at NAMM).

Berry simply has missed the boat on this one, and Oilythread has just pointed this out and received abuse.

You now want to insult me in some way, again get over yourself. Blind defence as you are demonstrating just shows more about your character than it does mine .......

we'll leave it at that shall we?

One of which is currently under NDA with a manufacturer now ....

    What have you built ?

I can only say this: CMD DC-1 and a BCR2000. What do you need more?

I don't like the way that nemonic has spoken to many people in this thread and in others, so please continue to rattle his cage point out the design flaws, after all he says they are all his designs, therefore he's the only person to blame (and sack when they don't sell enough).
For the record, I don't think Nemonic is completely innocent here either, he has come across as kind of a jerk at times and said some things that simply weren't accurate (like the part about every controller like this needing an external power supply). However, there's a difference between pointing out potential problems for the good of consumers (as some others have done), and obsessively rooting for a product(and a person) to fail based on a petty personal vendetta.
