Reloop actually used to sell a couple of blocks of it called the "Contour Pad", but discontinued them a while ago. Their versions were like £10 each, but I managed to get enough foam for both Contours AND to make some riser blocks for my TM4 for like £5 on eBay.

Notice I wasn't actually complimenting them though... selling a block of foam for £10 is a bit excessive if you ask me :P
