I have been following DJTT for almost 3 years and I have definitely noticed this trend, I even had people come at me in a thread in a way I felt was uncalled for, and was happy to see it get shut down. Now seeing this thread, I am happy to see the new change of policy.

We should be accepting of everybody, to create a progressive diverse and creative community. We can all learn from each other, and flaming other people just puts a barrier between the knowledge that can learn.

I see this place as a forward thinking, open minded spot - and as a long time reader/member (not sure when I first signed up), I'm very happy to see moves that keep the atmosphere cool.
