And yes, welcome to DJTT...where people don't actually read what you ask but instead choose to wander off in their own direction hahaha!
yeah because the question was very specific

You need an isolate FX unit to get it exact live. Pioneer's newer units have it as standard, it's not hard to set up in Ableton (and as always with Ableton it's far more versatile), Deckadance 2 has it built in, there's a very raw, moderately difficult mapping method that can be done in Traktor, and as for Serato, I have no idea.

Beatslicer on the kick by the sounds of it.

LMFAO @ 10:22 btw. He's looking around thinking... "where the fuck do I put these headphones down?"

I've had that exact same thought myself several times in new/unfamiliar venues lol.

I've only watched the section you asked, but just by listening it sounds like a Roll or Stutter effect. A quick glimpse and the mixer looks like the DJM-2000. That mixer has a Roll Effect on it or if your using Traktor Pro has Beatmasher or BeatSlicer which does pretty much the same job.

Haha :P Personally I rarely put mine around my neck because they're dual-entry, and I run the risk of messing my hair up if I actually put them ON. Same reason I despise headphones that you can't rotate or invert the cups 180

i dont know what the problem figuring this out was
    its an easy echo effect.
THis happens perfectly on the Pioneer Efx 500
setting the echo at 1/1 then while its echoing hit 3/4 then hit 1/1 again.
    Sounds exactly the same
i just tried it over one of my tracks

i recognized it quickly because i do this often on some short builds in the begining of songs on my show

Its just an echo and Abelton should be able to recreate that no problem

While we're talking about technique here, I've always wondered how to do the thing he does with the vocals at 22:00.

looks like he locks the pitch, has the phrase repeat and then uses the slider to change the pitch and speed it up.

simple 1 beat loop on the acapella, adjust loop out via the jog wheel (hitting loop out after setting up a loop on cdjs lets you adjust the end of the loop by spinning the jog wheel in either direction, making the loop longer or shorter), disable master tempo, pitch it up.
