I don't think that's what he is asking. He wants to use the filter 92 but not use up any of the fx banks. This isn't possible if you use all 4 fx banks. If you only use 2 however you could assign the filter knob to control the filter 92 in fx bank 3 or 4.

Correct me if I'm wrong but here's what OT said:

    oh snap....brainstorm!!

I with traktor had customizable filters!!!

like when your using a bandpass setting, when you turn to the left you have the Ladder low pass filter with lots of resonance, but when you turn to the right instead of ladder, you can have xone hi pass with no resonance, for a gentler mix transition.

I don't think this could ever be possible with hardware, but with software it is definitely possible.

Also custom HZ breakpoints for the eq's (like the ddm 4000)

So custom filters and custom eq's. I think these features would put traktor ahead of the pack!

Yes, I would love this. Having the resonance on the Lo-pass is great, and using xone on Hi-pass is good.

I would love that. I usually keep the filter on the Xone setting and use the "filter" effect on one of my effects banks for resonance. The filter effects kind of sound like shit though, IMO.
