My DN X1600 came last week and I've been taking the time to familiarize myself with my latest set up. Still missing a few things but this will have to do for now. Here are some pics that I've taken over the course of a week or so.

So I started a new job about a month ago. It's really cut into my mix time, which is kind of a bummer. BUT I now have money to buy more kit. I saw a maschine mikro pop up on ebay for about $125 with free 2 day shipping the other day so I pulled the trigger on that. Should be here soon. I also picked up a 7 port powered USB hub so I can hook up all my kit and only use 2 usb ports on my laptop. I was using so I could finally use my CMD DC-1 in my new set up but I'll be replacing that with the Maschine. I'll post pics when I get everything and have a bit of play around.

Quick Sidenote: There's video of my first mix video with the new set up. It's super short due to camera limitations, which I'm working on fixing. I did it about a month ago. I've made more then one but the video on the 2nd is terrible, so I just uploaded audio to soundcloud. I'll put together a quick background and upload it to youtube, but until then here's the first.
