Deauthorize Traktor: heres the problem

I did the same thing. I re installed on my refreshed laptop but, in the service center it said my Serial was 'Invalid'.

I wrote traktor 3 days ago stating the situation & have yet to receive a new serial.

I am super stressing as I have a show in 9 days.

Any other suggestions?

I just uninstalled everything & going to try again. Other than that, I can't just sit here and wait.
