You are mainly right, but (if you have the opportunity) when you look at these podcasts in the iPhone Podcast app:

they all have correct spaces. How did they do it?

i dont have a podcast app on my desktop and i also dont have an iPhone.
So i attached two images and this is what i see.
If i am correact, the spacing you are talking about is in the EPISODE INFORMATION like where the tracklist and description show up when you click the "I" information button. correct?

the second attachment is a screen shot of iTunes itself with your podcast loaded

i clicked on the INFO button on both screen and i still see no spacing and such

Awesome!... Thanks antifmradio. It's honestly more complicated than I expected it to be. I read fast fast and got confused, but when I have the time I'll read carefully and try to set everything up 1 step at a time.

its only the initial setup thats long and many steps but updating yuor podcast is as simple as posting ONE message to your blog.

To set things up you
A) create a blog post
B) create / setup a FEEDBURNER account
C) Send the RSS link to itunes

and thats it
