One problem is solved another one starts.... is the ther no end?!?

Have you tried any other tsi's? Try downloading Eans from above in the mapping section and see if that works.

Whenever i have imported tsis ive noticed there is normally a windows tsi and a mac version are you using the correct version ?

i dunno ?

all im doing is starting traktor - turning on my fast trak pro and vci - then i go to pref - midi mapping then press import then i get the settings box and go to default settings select vestax then select the only vci 100 tsi file which is there !

Am i doing this part right or am i missing something ?

That sounds correct.

I would try downloading this one http://www.djtechtools.com/wp-conten...4-TPro-1.2.zip

unzip its contents to a location on your hard drive, preferably where all the other mappings are kept in traktor. Then from within the impoirt section again select import and browse to the files you just unzipped. There should be a MAC OSX folder in there is the tsi file. Select that and open.

If you try this and its the same at least we know its not teh tsi thats the issue.

just tried it and its the same mate! my controller isnt doing anything !

I really need someone to come and help me set this up or at least talk me through step by step!

Hmmmmmm

So when you press open nothing happens? No box that has tick boxes for picking what parts of the files you want to import?

It sounds like you are doing everything exactly right to me.

Might be worth trying a reinstall of traktor, or have you already tried that ?

Does tracktor work using a mouse and keyboard?

yes a box appears with ticks in it but i cant change untick or tick different ones.

and when i press ok it goes back to the midi mapping screen and nothing has populated the page!

yeah if i use trackpad or keyboard it works fine ! Traktor can see my midi controller plugged in and the little midi icon glows blue when i touch the vci! just wont let me control with it!

maybe i should try uninstalling and reinstalling then ?
