Using the side buttons on the Midifighter Spectra and getting them to STAY ON in live
I am using the side buttons on the Midifighter to turn on/off different drum racks in the same instrument rack. Basically, I will have an instrument rack with 3 different drum racks. The first one will be my master drum rack and the actual track I am using, but the second rack, when turned on/off, will layer on top of the master rack to create more build. Same with the the third rack.
However, when I am using the side buttons, Ableton wants me to hold them down in order to keep the second and third racks on. When midimapping, it is used to turn the device on, but as soon as I let go of the side button, the second and third drum rack turn off. It must be held down in order to actually work.
any idea how to fix this? I would prefer not to arm each individual rack, and keep them isolated into one instrument rack...
