I played the game of picking her out before the 14 minute mark... Annddd... The eye roll in the first 2 minutes gave her away. I'm sure his sixth sense felt her presence the whole time :-/.

This whole discussion again. I've believed that DJ's should be able to beatmatch, because I tired of the threads saying: "first gig on cdjs, HELP", but mixing isn't everything. The choice of records is what sets dj aparts, I don't know why so many people are that concerned with mixing. I remember Dj Harvey's interview for Red Bull Music Academy from 2005 where he said that he isn't impressed with people who can beatmatch electronic music, which is true. He even spoke of just stopping a track and play a new one in order to use silence to get the crowd going. I agree with this observation. I rather have a sucky DJ that play super tracks, than a dude with super mixing skills with his vinyl set up playing Avicii
