Default Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 Channel 3/4 Input Recording

Anyone here have a Scarlett 6i6 or maybe 8i6 and can help me out with a problem?

I have my DJM800 outputting to my Scarlett 6i6's channel 3/4 line inputs. I see the audio coming in using Focusrite's Mixcontrol software, but I don't see the audio when I'm trying to record the audio in Audacity. Any suggestions?

I have no issues when I try to use channel 1/2 on the front panel. I imagine there is some routing problem, but I can't figure out how to get it to record channel 3/4 without using Ableton.

When you're trying to record the audio in Audacity, what options does Audacity offers?
You simultaneously outputing audio into DJM800 via line 1/2 & 3/4? What software? You're on Mac or Win? Have you checked if it's even possible for two different softwares to use the same soundinterface? I know Audacity can't record USB channels via ASIO drivers, maybe this is something similar?
Dammit slverdragon, you've got 2000 posts and you still post a thread with almost zero information...

What do you mean no information... I'm pretty specific about it :|

It's going straight from my rec out on my DJM800 to the inputs on the Focusrite to my PC via USB. As I said, my software is Audacity. And yes it's possible for multiple software programs to access a soundcard when you remove exclusive control in Windows settings. Windows & Mac I'm pretty sure makes no difference, but I am using Windows.

I know Audacity has limited ASIO capabilities, but I should be able to make it record from channel 3/4 and not 1/2. I have no interest in rebuilding Audacity with ASIO4ALL since it's simply not worth the time.

Anyways: solution here if people look up this post in the future:

You can build the ASIO capabilities using the above link. Otherwise, you're SOL since Windows is by default recording from 1/2, and you cannot select which channels to record using Focusrite software.
