Default Can someone help me connect to traktor

Okay so here's my setup. I'm running a djm850 and 2 cdj900nxs. Also first time user of traktor pro. I can't seem to connect the cdj's to tracktor. Can someone help me solve this. Right now the only way I can use my setup is with sub sticks. To run it off rekordbox I would have to get pan cable a wifi router and then connect to the computer. Seems to much for the money I paid to only put a sub stick in them. So please someone help.

If you have CDJs I would just link them with cat 5 and run off a single usb stick. No need for a computer at all!

Otherwise, plug them in, click link with traktor running. and select which deck you want each to be. Also plug in the 850 via usb and set up the outs in the audio settings/use it as your soundcard. Given your setup, I'd much prefer the recordbox route over traktor.

So there is no way to run these cdj's with traktor. When you say cat 5 link you mean into a wireless router

    no router.

if dj equipment has Ethernet sockets, it is only to link dj equipment with the same make together, not to network.

You can link the two CDJs together with the single cable and then run everything off one USB plugged in to one of them

Yes there is because they're HID compliant with Traktor, and the DJM 850 is Traktor certified. I avoid Pioneer stuff wherever possible so can't tell you how to connect yourself up off the top of my head, although *reading the manual* usually helps solve any issues you're having. Also, I'd take Traktor over Rekordbox any day.

    Manual.
    Software webpage, OEM webpage.
Youtube. Type Pioneer+HID+Traktor and you'll have like 3 tutorials on how to connect cdj's to traktor. When you have watched them, if you have any question report here.
