    Default Ddj sx vs sr

Looking at getting either an SX or an SR

Really like the SR and the SX. SR as for its a bit smaller, for those who have an sx, is it TO big? For like carting around, taking to gigs etc, is it to heavy/to big?

A friend has offerd me his near new SX for the price of a new SR

    What should i do lol

    Help would be appreciated!

I am guessing the club runs pioneer with rekordbox?? if so, both controllers will work with rekord box... both do the same thing, like i said get which ever you like most. I would seriously spend less time worrying and already be unboxing something in my living room like a 5 year old lol

Errr, no they dont, they do work with Serato though

I would not fancy carting around the SX unless it was as a primary Mobile Rig or could warrant it being setup before the gig. Its definitely not something you'll shoehorn into most dj boxes without some furniture removal first.

BUT if you are getting a really good deal on the SX it might be well worth the inconvenience (yes I would)

BTW i've got an SR and its a great controller, substantial, reasonably heavy and not as small as you might think, but solid as hell.

If you intend flying the SX might be an issue.

Hmmmm... Do you want a two channels or do you want a four channels?

Maybe you know somebody you can sell a SX for regular price and then buy yourself a SR and some tunes?
