Traktor Hangs When Quitting

Awwe jeez... I was afraid if this... I am ok with computers when it gets technical. I am out of the box user... I have not customized anything. I used iTunes to manage my collection and import the playlists to Traktor.


I am assuming the settings and any back up files I need are in the Traktor folder.

OP, do you use remix decks?

If so, change them into track decks before you close traktor. That's been the cause of similar issues for me in the past.

That's interesting...

I suspec that does have something to do with teh directories. If Traktor is trying to save the temp samples in the Remix decks to the Sample Directory/Remix Deck Directroy, but can't FIND either of those directories, maybe THAT causes the hang???

Yes I use remix decks. But I have always used remix decks and never had the issue. I usually load the remix decks then change the layout back to 2 decks, I still use the remix decks, u just do it to save screen real estate since I am on a 15" MBP.

I'll have to try it out on my next gig.
