Audio problems

i have a problem with my headphones & speakers. my headphones sounds cracky & my Right speaker does it only.
But when i put my headphones in the main out and my speakers in the phones output, both speakers works perfectly fine and no cracky sound out my headphones anymore. i tried everything set multicore off download new software changed my audio settings over and over again put my wifi off, i have this problem after yesterday. can anyone help me? Plzzz subscribe.

List your specs (hardware/software/controller)
Has it always done it with your current configuration?
Have you changed something lately?
Have you done anything to your computer lately.

Sounds like it could be a latency issue, but can't tell for sure..
Try increasing latency, see how that affects the issue.
