My friend gave it to me his old s4 with this crazy led lights on control problem...I dont know how to explain this so i find this video , i have a same problem like this guy....
Everythings work fine, just led lights are so annoying...The video is retarded alittle bit ,just focus on lights on kontroler.

From my un-expert opinion, it could be a USB-cabling problem. Have you tried with different USB cables and/or ports? It looks like the Controller is trying to initialize, but doesn't.
