    Default Arduino Step sequencer MidiOtter

    Hello

Im studing electrical engineering and this was our end project of year one.

It is a arduino mega 8x16 matrix Midi step sequencer with two potentiometers and slide fader.

Basicly you controll where and when you want to send a midi message to an extarnal source with the 8 rows and 16 coloumns. In our case thru a midi-interface and to a laptop using Ableton Live.

The fader is controlling the speed and the two potentiometers controll global velocity and global the length of the note.

im posting a crappy first try video with som shitty sounds and a link to our "fancy pancy" prezi presentation in swedish with pics and the scheme.

very nice project.... i love step sequencers so i'm writing some code for my midimasher app so i can use my launchpad to program steps while also using it to control ableton and traktor and choosing either as the target for playing the samples.

Hello! I know this is super old, ancient post, but still - that info link is down, maybe schematics and Arduino code still exists somewhere? Thank you in advance
