Go to "global settings" section find "deck focus" and set "software" instead "hardware". Now the focus deck is orange, the others remain black.
The new Traktor SP 2.1.1 (just upgraded) seems to save this choice on exit.

when i try to download the MF Deckalized+Instant Grat Mapping it brings me to the login screen and when i put all my login info in and try to login it just redirects me back to the same thing, can anyone help?

Clear your browser cash and history. Delete cookies and make sure your Internet security settings arnt on high

Can you post an image of exactly what the mapping is? Are 2 banks IG and 2 Deckalized, or is there some nice modulation to the Deckalized Mapping being that the instant gratification covers some of the features in deckalized (ex. Beatmasher.)

For example, just a basic layout of the mapping like this:

i just got done messing with it, and it doesn't use 4 bank mode. Its basically the same as the Deckalized, but the bottom 4 buttons are effects like instant grat. unless you hold shift then the bottom 4 are pitch controls. and then the combos are in there as well

but its great! a nice step up from deckalized. lemme know if i missed anything!

Thanks alot, I had a lot of fun messing with this today. I like that it pretty much gets rid of the pitch bend stuff as I never use it as the mixer/controller does this much better.

This is an awesome mapping!!!

Question though:

How well does this play with an S4? I noticed that I am having some issues with efx bank assignments and not loading the proper effects. Is this purely because I don't have the right effects loaded into the effects banks in the S4 menu?

Any help would be awesome, as I love this mapping and hope to use it alongside my S4 if I can work out the kinks!

Great mapping flashflooder. I'm just having a little bit of trouble figuring out all the combo's that are present in your mapping. I'm used to the IG 4-banks mapping and can get all the combos to work there but I'm having a bit of trouble here figuring or finding them all out.

I can get the 4 beatmasher transpose combo along with the 4 bottom row grater lofi combo to work for sure. I think that I am also activating combo 3 (1,2,3 bmash with T3delay then f90-lfo).

You mentioned that you changed combo 4 to something else but I can't seem to activate that one at all (1,2,3 bmash then release 3 and hold 3 then 4). Is it still this combination or did you change the order? I also can't figure out the Reverse grain combo or combo 6.

I have noticed that I can't activate the bottom row effects if I am pressing down 2 or more bmash buttons so maybe that is keeping me from activating some combos.

Anyway, if anyone could tell me if those last 3 combos (especially combo 4 and the reverse grain) are still there and if so, how to activate them, it would be a great help. Thanks.
