sobi look at the serato forum many people have issues aswell.

If you know how to use a computer. You should be fine with both pieces of software. I understand both pieces of software have had issues with certain processors.

The big thing is if you look at laptops ten years ago they had about 256 meg of ram and running p1 processors. now the average laptop has a dual core and 4 gigs of rams.

In the early days DVS was very system intensive now we can run a bulky OS and dvs whilst using less than 25% of our laptops resources in most cases.

Reliablilty should not be an issue and in most cases it isnt. I think alot of people that have problems with Traktor are those using cracked copies that hav not had all the security removed correctly and those using cheap soundcards that have can have driver issues.

Same with cheap laptops, cheap laptops are made using cheap conponents so yes they do crash. My dell has never crashed appart from wen its been my own fault.

My traktor has never had any problems. Only problem I had is an old usb cable that I changed an no probs since

Tom, pentium 1 could barely run mine-sweeper. Your thinking pentium 4 (or really, really good 2nd gen pentium 3)
