Has anyone else seen this deposit charge for their pre-order? Makes you wonder if they even have the units yet.

I ordered 2 days ago at the NI webshop and payed via PayPal. They also charged my PayPal account immediately after I ordered.

I would just send an email out to Order Support and ask

What bugs me is I ordered mine on 10/05 and my CC still hasn't even been charged the deposit the site stated it would charge. I have confirmed receipt of the order and haven't heard a word since.

Has anyone else seen this deposit charge for their pre-order? Makes you wonder if they even have the units yet. Especially if Sweetwater hasn't even gotten their stock yet.

Did they not advertise they would be the first to get their hands on the units?

I would assume he meant DJTT. Altho Djtt said they will ship on the 1st, not arrive..

Actually, they only said the first fee days of November...so that could be as late as the 6-7th shipping date. For the extra hundred bucks you spend on the NI website store, I guess you get yours a week earlier then everyone else :-(

Most people that have had them for some time have been covered by NDA.
I guess that some peeps that arent under NDA have now received them and they are posting up.

I paid 899€, that's about 1200$. Compared to what people paid here at DJTT, that's 300$ more.

But if I would be adding the shipment costs and the customs tax, it wouldn't have made a very big difference. I waited when the pre-orders started here on DJTT, because of the customs taxes. Eventually I just ordered it at the NI webshop a couple of days ago.

If I compare the price I paid (899€) to the prices that are going around at the online shops and even local shops that take pre-orders, it's about the same.

But if you live in the US and shipping costs are low and you don't have to pay customs taxes, then DJTT would've been the way to go, to save money. If you live in Europe, you still could've saved some money... But when you're paying an amount like that, it's not the end of the world

Good to know, thanks Fraa. For those that asked, yes, I did order mine off DJTT. I haven't been billed for any deposit yet. Again, this was back on 10/05. They still had roughly 50% of the stock available at this time. I remember seeing an update stating so shortly after (somewhere on here).

I DID get an email claiming they would be shipping Nov. 1st. This was a mass email sent out to everyone who purchased I think. I'm going to send an email to order support and make sure everything went through ok. I'll keep you guys posted. Might have something to do with the fact I used a CC and not direct PayPal payment like you did.
