Theres been a couple of threads already closed on it.

Pretty cool . I wish I could afford one.

Interested to see how that will mapped if so. Possibly needs some revamping of the layout to accommodate it.

I just noticed that it comes with Traktor Scratch Pro 2 not 3 ?
A few observations:
There's a tempo knob/encoder. I assume it controls the global tempo. I wonder if that can be assigned to each deck as well.
No loop recorder functionality - is this being removed from the software?
Booth out!!!
Seems like the whole cross/line fader section is replaceable.
No glossy, finger print attracting, mixer section.
Random buttons below the gain knobs. Sure these used to assign fx bank 1 or 2 but that is controlled by a separate function on this controller.
Filter knob now has an assign button - didn't it used to turn on by simply twisting the filter knob?
No loop screen

Another few observations ...
- Mic 1 & 2 - proper hardware inputs? I'm guessing volume/gain is on the back?
- regarding removable (?) fader section ... Anyone for rotary kit?
- "ON" buttons between remix faders and knobs might be for channel on and not filter (like the bottom row on F1) ... And the apparent filter knobs are endless encoders so probably do more than just filter (other effect parameter adjust, and if anything like Maschine Studio could be touch sensitive?)
- global tempo ... That one is a bit interesting, not something I noticed up front but maybe it is focused on the Master, be it up top global or the Master deck tempo.
- looping - possibly the large knob to the left/right of the short remix faders - and there's a number 4 in a circle on each screen that might indicate loop length?
- the left deck screen actually shows plenty of info from Deck A as well as a small bit of info from what looks to be Deck C at the bottom. Showing the info from all 4 decks at once would be great.
- freeze ... Interesting ... That's all I can say about it, it's not something I've used on the iOS version and can't see myself using it ... Good spot for a custom modifier button for extra mapping
Quietly excited about this ... Gonna have to sell off the S4mk2 though first!

Plenty of studio gear and not enough time ... and a few Nexo PA systems
Good insight on those predicitons couldn't have been more spot on if you tried ! ^^^
Looks like ill be jumping ship to serato tbh, if traktor does move more into the world of Producer-Djing such as using samble banks and remix decks type of things. Being a purely DVS user it seems less and less logical to stay with traktor tbh.

I think the looping will be either be done on the touch strip or with the 8 pads being set to a predefined loop size. EG button 1 = 1/32, button 2 = 1/16 etc etc. Great spot with the number 4 in a circle on the screen. I reckon you are right about that.
I would hope that you aren't right about the filter being an encoder. I really don't think that works well. A pot definitely works better for a filter function.
Freeze on Traktor DJ works by setting an 8 bar loop and each of the 8 'notes' becomes triggerable. I can see this working well with the 8 pads. great for chopping up the loop a la serato slicer style.
I wonder how (or even if) they will work the super slicer function in Traktor DJ into this controller.

But the DECK button... Only ONE per each side.
Hmmm.. That's exactly how I handle the "Double Deck Focus" feature in my Traktor mappings. Allows user to pick any deck from both of the Focuses (sides of the controller) solving the issue with A/C and B/D deck switching which is current industry standard.
I can see how it could got to go with number 8![]()
