Ordered my 4A from unique squared in march as well. Anyone get news besides an email from unique squared asking how you like your recent purchase of the CMD4A??? For a second I thought I was going crazy and had actually already received it and was teleported to a parallel universe....

I just got it in a couple minutes ago I don't plan on doing a review, since this will be my first ever controller I don't think I have the proper perspective. However I did snap a couple unboxing pictures, here: http://imgur.com/a/R85uw#0

I'll also give you my first impressions on the unit. Haven't hooked it up yet, this is just the initial look & feel:

    - I knew the platters were bigger than most controllers, but they are *Big* with a capital B, even more so than I expected.
    - The knobs with center detents (that's the channel EQ and the headphone mix knob) feel quite nice. The FX, master volume, etc. knobs feel a good deal stiffer and take more force than I was initially expecting. Don't know yet if that is a good thing, though you get used to it pretty quick, and I do expect them to probably get looser with use.
    - pitch and volume faders have a nice resistance to them, crossfader is significantly looser.
    - unit doesn't come with any software CD, just a download code for deckadance. More disappointingly, it also doesn't come with any kind of audio cables, just the USB and power supply. I don't know if this is the norm but I was hoping to get up and running immediately. Now I'll have to dig for some RCA's, which isn't *too* big of a deal but it would be nice to have everything you need in the box.

I'm gonna hook it up now, I'll come back later with impressions on the installation process and software. Happy mixing.

Yet another move that legitimizes the case for modular controllers. I love it.

I have my one at home already but problem start in few minutes. I connect CMD to computer and download driver from behringer.com. After installing decadance i set all settings like: Audio device type: ASIO, Device: CMD Studio 4a ASIO,Remote MIDI Control(Input/Output): CMD Studio 4a. Controller lights orange but not react in decadance even in virtual DJ. Only buttons to deckchange works(A-B-C-D) and change colour from blue to orange. I tryed to reinstall drivers and was trying to reconnect all cables but anything works. It looks that problem consist in drivers or software .

If someone have solution please type here.
    Thank you for all solutions.
