they don't because really i basically just started this venture in July when i bought my controller, i've been prepping by reading the forums for a while now but really they have no idea. They know i used to play guitar in a band tho and how weird is this, somehow, one of the kids i taught this year managed to get a copy of my highskool bands EP we put out like 10 years ago because his cousin went to skool with me. He brought it in and everything, that totally blew my mind.

If i liked top 40 i might of considered spinning a skool dance as well, somehow i dont think 14-17 year olds will appreciate my tech house sets tho

heres where it gets really interesting, i teach religion lol

my undergrad was a specialist degree in the study of religion as a social phenomenon, so i did a lot of psychology and philosophy of religion, why it exists to begin with psychologically etc. really cool stuff, now i teach nothing remotely close to that haha, gotta make money somehow tho

it totally trips the kids out because im the last person that should be teaching people about following Catholicism, they show up expecting some guy sitting up there telling them everything they do is bad...then they end up with me
