I agree it would be great if it had an Audio 8 in it. I just don't think it will, at least not for the $1000 price tag that's being thrown around.

As for the soundcard, I just hope it has balanced outs. With the RCA only on the A4/8DJ, I find it lacks for those not using an analog mixer (but maybe that's just me).

I would like to see in future a dsp processor which will run the traktor alone,and the only thing you should do would be to open a linking or something file.This could be a traktor system!

i hope they have two versions, one with a audio card and one without. I already have a audio 8, no need for another one.

Obviously, without official word from NI (so don't ask about price of availability), I have no idea on how much of what I've gleaned from freeze framing the clip is true, and indeed how much I've missed. One confirmation is that it does have a built-in audio interface, so it really is plug and play.

I always thought Vestax would be smart enought to be the next to make a 4 channel VCI type rig but NI seem like there ahead of the game.

I went over to the NI forum to see if any hints or anything had been dropped. It's amazing how different the conversation is over there. People arguing over what it might or might not have, pure craziness. Anyway just makes me glad I'm a regular over here.

Now I hear it not only has unicorns, but comes with HID glitter.
