    This is exactly what i was about to do. I'm going to get TSP with the audio 8 and my friend is giving me his 1200's. Probably assign 1 wheel to wet/dry on/off and maybe the other wheel to search files (if that is even possible) i havent messed with that yet.

    definitely do-able. And keep in mind, each jog wheel has two functions (with the vinyl mode button)

    Nothing wrong with using the VCI as a mixer. Problem is, if you are using other gear like external decks, then you suddenly want to use 4 decks. And although I've seen the djtechtools mapping, I am not convinced the VCI is a practical 4 deck solution. Maybe 2 decks and 2 sample players...
