Can you provide a link to the shop? new knobs would be much more comfortable than sprayin them with rubber paint.

gotta be careful though, some knobs end up "upside-down" once you put them on the DDM..
I had this problem when I had my DDM..
ended up not even changing them.

Pretty sure the DJTT knobs will NOT work on the DDM4K. I tried using the VCI-100 knobs and they fit but were backwards, so your pointers on the knobs become useless. Sucks, because that is one of the things that really annoyed me about that mixer.

some one is being brave here replacing the ddm pots with pioneer djm 800 pots not for the faint of heart:

but this gave me an idea if we replace all faders and pots with spare parts with any of the kit listed in the what the knobs fit the were on to a winner, (Expansive I know) but a possibly a solution. but i'm sure that a german firm supplied the original knobs but ill keep ya posted on both as I want this done to...

All this whining about the "feel" of knobs is getting ridiculous. Turn it one way, volume/eq/effect goes up, turn it the other, and it goes down.

Replacing DDM knobs with DJM ones seems like a LOT of work for very little benefit.

Each to his own, I guess...

yeah...yeah, whatever am not about the feel, i'm out to full customize my ddm under the hood as well as it outside make it my own for those who just want black thats fine for those who want to customize and get these for the feel let them I want this thread to do some thing for the ddm owners like djtt has done for the vestax so why hate? (plus the build of the ddm pots ain't great i've given mine a lot ov hammering over the 4 years ive had it in the clubs and it's burnt out so if i can make it better and share it with the world i will).
