one of the most important thing is NOT TO HIRE CHEAP (good, but not perfect) DESIGNERS. lame logo or interior CAN ruin the whole club. invest in it.

+1 Last place you want to cut corners is on design. That is very important. You need to make a good impression. Logo and flyer designs are so important as is the interior and effects. Remember, amazing bathrooms can literally make a club something to talk about... as dumb as it sounds, its a known fact that one of the most lasting memories for a bar/club is the bathrooms... So try and make them clean and different. When the club spent money making a nice comfortable bathroom then you know they spent money on the rest of the club to make it an overall great experience.
