Never mind, I had my math wrong. It'll be cheaper to go to TP this way, but I could've gotten the audio 8 and TP for only $60 more than what I'll spend with the audio 4 and TP.

so does this version of traktor DUO support timecode, or is it similar to the traktor pro vs traktor scratch pro deal. would be an awesome deal if it did... would probably consider swoopin up an audio 4 if it did for when im "forced" to use timecode

To make it scratch, you only have to buy the RCA chords and the Timecode Vinyl? I'm pretty sure the software is the same, the only difference is you get the soundcard, rca cords, and timecode vinyl and cds. So you could take advantage of this deal and make it scratch...

No, that is not how it works, check out the 'Upgrade options' on the NI website.

My apologys for spreading wrong information. I thought the "Traktor Pro" was the software, regardless of whether or not you used DVS or a midi controller.
