First of all there is no evidence the OP was talking about you and if he was i would have said something already - its obvious your a pretty smart dude and we very much welcome your questioning of our product (or any other product you wish to discuss). Talk about the best and cheapest way for users to get the best quality cable with the least amount of fluff as possible is totally welcome - even if that means that in the end the thread might lead to not promoting our cables we put a lot of time, effort and research into getting onto the store (which at this stage i personally don't think it is). I see no evidence of anyone trying to use low tactics to discredit you and if there were evidence of it i wouldn't stand for it.

So lets not go accusing anyone in particular of anything and leave this as a thread about flamers in general and not an attack on anyone in particular.

End of conversation - if you want to talk about the cables talk about it in the appropriate thread you started, were not going to let it spill into this thread.

DJTT is sooooo tame in comparison to other places i go on. I find trolling and the whole concept hilarious to be honest. Alot of people take the internet faaaar too seriously and thats why they get trolled or offended so easily.

People write harsh comments to get a reaction and when they do its pretty funny for people who are laidback about things.

Thats my opinion anyway. Not saying trolling is ok as sometimes it does get a bit annoying when you're trying to get an answer out of people but they keep coming back with stupid answers :P

Yes we tray and keep things reasonably peaceful in here. Nothing wrong with having a disagreement with someone every now and again but no need to get abusive toward anyone for any reason. Peace guys

I'm a member on a motorcycle forum that has a special section just for the guys that want to argue and piss each other off. That section is almost as big as the whole site itself, but since those guys have an outlet it pretty much stays in there.

There is a dating event in London you can go to called 'Speed hating'. As in the opposite of 'Speed dating'.

Instead of the usual 'career... kids' blah blah blah the point is to slag the other person off, which as you don't know them means lots of offensive stuff flying back and forth. Apparently has a good hook-up ratio though.

Of course some ppl expect banter from an internet forum, others don't, particularly newbies.
